User Data Deletion Request

In compliance with applicable privacy laws and platform requirements (including Meta's WhatsApp Business API policies), you may request the deletion of your personal data that Quelo Solutions holds.
What Gets Deleted
Upon verifying your identity, we will delete all personal data associated with your account or phone number, including:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Message history and conversation logs
- Any media or files you shared through our services
- Usage data and analytics tied to your identity
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes) or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Retained data will be anonymised where possible.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your account to privacy@quelosolutions.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email used to interact with our services
- A brief description of the data you want deleted
Confirmation
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a legal exception applies. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is processed.
For WhatsApp Users
If you are a WhatsApp user who has communicated with a Quelo Solutions business account, you can also:- Block the business account directly in WhatsApp
- Report the business account to WhatsApp if needed
- Contact us at privacy@quelosolutions.com to request deletion of your conversation history
